Start your journey from the bustling streets of Marrakech to the majestic Merzouga dunes, experiencing the spectacular gorges, charming villages, and majestic beauty of Morocco.
Day 1: Marrakech to Dades Gorge
Your desert adventure will start from Marrakech, driving through the High Atlas Mountains via the
Tizi n’Tichka pass. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou, a historic fortified village. Continue to Ouarzazate, known as the gateway to the Sahara. Travel through the Valley of Roses and reach Dades Gorge for an overnight stay in a traditional guesthouse.
Day 2: Dades Gorge to Merzouga
After breakfast, our guide will take you to explore the Todra Gorge, a spectacular canyon with
towering cliffs. Continue your journey to the Merzouga desert, passing through Berber villages and the delightful palm groves of the Ziz Valley. Upon arrival in Merzouga, take a camel trek to your luxury desert camp in the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy a traditional Berber dinner under the stars and spend the night in a comfortable tent.
Day 3: Merzouga to Fez
Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes, followed by a camel trek back to Merzouga. Depart for Fez, passing through the towns of Erfoud and Midelt. Travel through the Middle Atlas
Mountains, with stops in the cedar forests of Azrou and the Swiss-like town of Ifrane. Arrive in Fez in the evening, where your tour concludes.
